Mugwort

Mugwort is a traditionally used plant for ceremonial or personal use, for the purposes of purification and to enhance lucid dreaming and astral projection.

By burning some leaves and fanning the smoke around a person or a space, the space is washed or smudged of any negativity or heaviness.

The incense can also be burnt to before journeying or visioning, and has ancient uses as a herb of prophecy. It can also be used to create a dreaming pillow, by placing in a small pouch and placing under your pillow to enhance lucid dreaming.
